1. What is included in each Dandelion story pack?

2. What kind of books will be included in each story pack?
Each pack features 1 Chinese picture book & 1 Chinese themed activity book from a selection curated by our team of experienced, MOE-trained educators, and is ideal for children 5 - 9 yrs old. We believe in the use of picture books. Exquisite and detailed illustrations that accompany text are laden with meaning and serve to create genuine sustained interest in reading and provide ample opportunities for in-depth story discussions that are difficult with dull, text-heavy books.
3. When will my orders be shipped?
All packages will be shipped within 3 business days (subject to availability).
4. How do I access the online resources?
An email invitation will be sent to you if you do not already have an account on our website. Kindly follow the instructions on the email for account creation. Do check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. Click on the “Log In” button on the home page of our website to access the resources in the members’ area once you have created an account.
5. How long will the online resources be available?
Your account to access Dandelion online resources will expire 2 months later, at the end of the month. e.g. If you purchased a trial pack on 16 February, your account will expire on 31 March.
An audio books archive is available for access throughout the year. You will be able to access any audio book that has already been released that year. This archive will be cleared at the start of each year.
6. I wish to make a purchase, but I do not have a Paypal account.
You can pay using your debit or credit card via Paypal. During the checkout process, proceed to Paypal payment, and then select “Check Out as a Guest”.
7. Can I pay by other methods?
Yes. For Internet Bank Transfer, please contact us via email or using the contact form on our website. Indicate clearly the story pack(s) you wish to purchase and include your contact details.
8. I did not receive my order. What can I do?
We ship every package using courier service that comes with a tracking function. Please contact us if you do not receive your order. Kindly include your order number.
9. How can I return or exchange the item(s) bought?
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
10. I received a wrong item. What can I do?
If an item shipped to you is incorrect, please immediately contact our Customer Service. Please include your order number. After the review and approval of your request, we will contact you and provide further instructions.
You must submit a request within 7 days after receiving your package(s). Requests received after 7 days of receiving your package will not be accepted.
Please do not return your merchandise without our approval. Any merchandise returned this way will neither be accepted nor returned to its sender.
11. Is there a self-collect option?
Sorry, we do not offer self-collection currently. All purchases will be sent via courier.
12. How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact us to inform us of your new delivery address.
13. I am a Chinese teacher in a Singapore primary school or pre-school. Can I request a trial pack for my school?
Yes. Please email us or use the contact form on our website to request for a free trial pack for your school.
Kindly note that we will only accept requests sent from an MOE or independent primary school’s or pre-school’s email address.
A trial pack comprising several books and complementary materials will be shipped to the school, addressed to the HOD or teacher in charge of the Chinese department.
